All purchases are processed securely through the online Swag Store using a credit card at checkout. The store accepts major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
When you complete your web order, an order confirmation screen will appear. We encourage you to print this page for your records. Once your order has been processed in our system, you will receive an order confirmation email from Shop PKFOD – storeorder@inkwellusa.com -containing your order information. Should you require further information about an order or do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Rich Bracken at richb@inkwellusa.com for assistance.

You can cancel your order - please reach out to Rich Bracken at richb@inkwellusa.com to do so.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from Shop PKFOD – storeorder@inkwellusa.com once your order ships, along with tracking details so you can follow your package’s progress. If you did not receive an email, check your spam mail.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in which you will be able to track your order.
Each product page in the Swag Store includes sizing information, material details and care instructions. If you’re unsure which size to order, we recommend reviewing the product description before checkout.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product.
You can edit, remove or change quantities of items in your shopping cart. To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click “Remove” next to the item quantity. The item will be removed from your shopping cart. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please contact Rich Bracken at richb@inkwellusa.com and he can assist you with placing your order.

To purchase a gift card, you can reach out to Rich Bracken who will be able to email one over to you.
To redeem a gift certificate or coupon code, at checkout, simply enter in the code that is given to you and the amount will be deducted from your total.
